My wife and I joined EWAVES because we had heard about how effective EMS was for resistance training. Coupled with the short amount of time necessary to obtain the benefits of resistance training and greatly reduced probability of injury, EWAVES makes for a better long-term workout plan than from other methods.
We feel that resistance training is the healthiest form of physical workouts to keep your body healthy and strong. Our previous gym, which we attended for eight years, mixed rowing, running, and weight training but put too much time on aerobic exercise whereas Ewaves focused on resistance training during the full 20 minute workout, which has given me nearly the same results but at a fraction of the time I was spending in the gym each week.
During those 8 years in the previous gym I also was injured a few times due to the high intensity of the workout, losing precious workout time while recuperating. With EWAVES, we have not been injured once and instead felt that EMS helped us recuperate from sprains or back aches from daily activities. So, EWAVES is not only wonderful for keeping your body strong, it is also supportive of faster healing and reduced body pain thanks to its therapeutic effects.
I've been training with EWAVES since early 2021 and haven't left them since. Initially was looking for a personal trainer to get me. back in shape post baby, but instead I found a new approach to fitness. As a new mom that has a demanding full time job in Tech, I didn't have time to hit the gym each day as I use to. I quickly found myself gaining weight and not feeling good about myself, which is why eWaves was the perfect solution. The fact that my workout was 1:1 and only 20 minutes it was worth a shot. I committed to doing it for 2 months and in that short time I saw results immediately. I felt better about myself, stronger and healthier.
The EWAVES team always knew how to get me pumped for my session w/ the right music and a personalized routine targeting my core, arms, or whatever body part I wanted. It now has become a staple in my workout regiment to ensure I stay healthy....being 40+ makes you realize its so easy to gain the weight, but not easy at ALL to keep it off/maintain a healthy body tone.
EMS has been a game-changer for my back issues. I have arthritis in my lower back and PT has never worked. Mel and her team have really helped me. Highly recommend them and EMS.
